The staff members were consistently friendly. I appreciated the ample parking available. The breakfast selection offered many options. The room had comfortable beds and clean facilities, important.

The room decor looked somewhat dated. I noticed some wear and tear on the furniture. A refresh could improve the overall aesthetic appeal of the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room included a bath as well as a shower. The location was good because it offered great access to the A2 (it is not right in the centre). Free wifi was available, and the signal was of good quality, even in my bedroom.

I found only two plug points in my room. This was inconvenient (i like to keep my phone charged). Two extra pillows would have been preferable. The traffic was loud from the front of the building.
